Your First Visit: What to Expect

Your first appointment is designed to give you clarity and a head start on relief. Plan about 60 minutes; if your visit includes care, expect 60-75 minutes. Here’s how the visit flows:

  • Front desk finalizes insurance and any needed records.
  • Clinical staff takes vitals and a brief history.
  • Our doctors complete a thorough history and exam; digital X-rays only if needed.
  • Report of findings: can we help, what’s wrong, how long care may take, and an estimate of cost.
  • Same-day care to begin restoring function.

Before You Arrive and Finding Us

New patient paperwork is completed online through a secure link sent by email or text, and it integrates directly with our software. We are appointment-based, and our staff will work with you to find a mutually convenient time; same-day openings are offered when available. Free, ground-level parking is available at both offices.

Located in the Professional Park directly behind Snap Fitness,

Insurance and Payment Options

We participate with insurance plans and accept Medicare (not Medicaid). Many patients also use HSA/FSA and CareCredit, which is available at both locations.

Class IV Laser Therapy and Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression have affordable self-pay packages; subscription options are available for maintenance care. Veterans may access laser through VA Community Care, and most motor vehicle accident cases cover it.
